Return Policy
Returnable Items: Only individual glassblocks, vents, or glassblock accessories may be returned, no fabricated products (windows or planels) will be accepted. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Please call for a Return Authorization. Return shipping is not refundable unless we made the mistake.
Non-Returnable: Our windows and panels are custome made to order. Therefore they will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please check order for size, quanity, pattern, color and specifics, before placing your order.
Shortage or Damage: Claims for shortage or damage are not allowed unless made at the time of delivery and or pick up. If shipment is F.O.B. destination, then Buyer shall resolve all claims for shortage or damage directly with the carrier unless Buyer in writing requests Seller to assist in claim resolution. The Buyer waives all other claims, unless Buyer notifies Seller within two days after delivery of goods. Shortage claims must be accompanied by written statement of transportation agents. Goods must be held intact at destination until inspection and settlement.
